Yes. Log in, go to your Wallet settings, and tap 'Update Payment Method'. You can switch between DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS and bank transfer. New deposits use the updated method; existing withdrawal requests complete to the original linked account.

One account per person. Opening duplicate accounts breaches these terms and may result in suspension of both accounts and forfeiture of funds. If you've opened an account by mistake, contact support immediately and we can help close the duplicate.

Withdrawal timing depends on your payment method. DANA, OVO and GoPay transfers arrive within 5–10 minutes. QRIS payments clear within 15 minutes. Bank transfers take 1–2 business hours. We verify all withdrawals before processing; this usually takes under 10 minutes.

Contact us immediately through live chat or email with the transaction date and amount. We'll investigate within one business day. If the transaction was unauthorised, we'll reverse it to your account or original payment method and help secure your account against future fraud.
